Walker Cole International has been retained to search for a Head of Production to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Manchester area. As the Head of Production, you will oversee and lead a large operational function, taking responsibility for the delivery of the operational strategy on site to achieve company objectives.
Your responsibilities as the Head of Production will be:
- Overall responsibility for all Operational functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Warehouse)
- Setting annual site operational strategy and budget plan and owning delivery
- Delivering operational excellence objectives and supporting continuous improvement
- Managing and coaching business unit leads
The successful candidate for the Head of Production position will demonstrate the following:
