Walker Cole International is proud to be partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical business to appoint a Vice President, CMC & Technical Operations. Reporting directly to the C-Suite, you will lead global process and analytical development while playing a defining role in building the leadership team that will take the organisation into its next phase of growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the CMC and technical development strategy, from early-stage science through to commercial-ready submissions
  • Leading a growing, international team of scientists and technical leaders, and actively developing the next generation of leadership beneath you
  • Directing technology transfer across a global manufacturing network, including strategic CDMO relationships
  • Setting the technology roadmap, shaping the platforms and capabilities this organisation will run on for years to come
  • Acting as a critical bridge between Research, Regulatory, Quality and Manufacturing, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation between science and delivery

  • A strong track record of senior leadership within process and/or analytical development
  • Proven experience building and leading global, cross-functional technical teams
