Walker Cole International is searching for a Compliance Officer to join a well-established pharmaceutical business focused on specialty and OTC products.
A Compliance Officer will:
- Serve as primary Compliance Advisor, support development and implementation of company’s compliance strategies
- Lead and assist Compliance forums, governance meetings and cross-functional meetings
- Act as authorised Compliance Signatory, review and approval of all promotional and non-promotional materials
- Oversee management of PMCPA cases, audits and inspections and CAPAs
- Conduct SOPs
A Compliance Officer will bring:
- Strong knowledge of ABPI Code of Practice and MHRA Blue Guide, FCPA and UK Bribery Act
- Great communication skills orally and in written form is essential
- Understanding of compliance systems with broad scientific and medical knowledge and communication
- Previous experience of intercompany dialogue, appeal board attendance or PMCA audit is preferred
- Experience in prescription and/or OTC
