Walker Cole are currently hiring for Lead AS&T Scientist to support the introduction and manufacture of an innovative product for a leading biologics manufacturing organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading analytical and microbial method transfer, validation, optimisation, and implementation activities
  • Supporting new product introduction into commercial manufacturing
  • Acting as a technical SME across analytical sciences within cross-functional project teams
  • Investigating and resolving analytical and quality-related issues during manufacturing and development activities
  • Supporting analytical capability build-out, training, and method implementation onsite
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across analytical sciences and testing strategies
  • Ensuring activities are aligned with GMP and regulatory expectations

Experience required:

  • Experience within biologics analytical sciences, MS&T, analytical development, or technical operations
  • Strong experience with analytical method transfer and validation activities, ideally across multiple sites
  • Experience supporting GMP manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to support implementation and troubleshooting activities onsite
