Walker Cole International is partnering with a leading European Consumer Healthcare organisation to appoint a Marketing Manager. This role sits at the intersection of creative brand activation, campaign delivery, and commercial execution, working in close partnership with Brand Managers to bring Consumer Healthcare brands to life in the UK market.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creative development and execution across a Consumer Healthcare portfolio. Working alongside Brand Managers who own brand strategy and longer-term planning, your focus will be on turning strategy into standout campaigns, materials, and in-market activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development and execution across Consumer Healthcare/Over the counter (OTC) brands, translating brand strategy into impactful campaigns, content, and promotional materials.
  • Deliver integrated marketing activity across ATL, BTL, digital, shopper, and retail channels, including launches, promotions, and innovation roll-outs.
  • Manage creative, media, and production agencies, partnering closely with Sales while ensuring compliant execution with Medical and Regulatory teams.
  • Track campaign performance and optimise messaging, channels, and activation based on insight and results.

Experience Required

Experience in Consumer Healthcare / OTC.
