Walker Cole International is partnering with an innovative UK pharmaceutical manufacturer to appoint a QA Administrator. This role will play a key part in maintaining GMP compliance and inspection readiness across a state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities for a QA Administrator:

  • Managing and maintaining QMS documentation, including the creation, activation, and control of SOPs, Product Specifications, and batch records, while ensuring documents remain current and compliant.
  • Overseeing document lifecycle activities such as review workflows, issuing document numbers, tracking overdue actions, and circulating updates across the business.
  • Supporting document control through effective filing, archiving, and retrieval of records, alongside accurate tracking of training documentation.
  • Providing day-to-day QA support to manufacturing, including reviewing and issuing batch records, checking production logs, and assisting with labelling and packaging activities.

A QA Administrator will have:

  • Relevant degree.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment in the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with electronic Quality Management Systems would be advantageous.
