QC Team Lead

Team Leader – Quality Control (12-Month FTC) Pharmaceuticals | GMP | QC Leadership Walker Cole International is supporting the search for a Team Leader – Quality Control to join a UK-based pharmaceutical manufacturer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The business specialises in the development and manufacture of oral medicines at their GMP-certified facility. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate QC testing across finished products, raw materials, packaging, and microbiology. * Manage daily lab operations, scheduling, and documentation to meet production and compliance targets. * Review and approve analytical data to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. * Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives across the QC department. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline. * Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical QC environment. * Proven team leadership or supervisory background in a lab setting. * Strong understanding of analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, titration, dissolution).
