Walker Cole International are currently supporting the hire of an MSAT Scientist for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity running until December 2027, supporting the introduction and manufacture of an innovative pharmaceutical product. As an MSAT Scientist, you will support technology transfer, process optimisation, continuous improvement, and new product introduction activities across GMP manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain GMP documentation including SOPs, protocols, technical reports, batch manufacturing records, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Support technology transfer activities, process validation, and new product introduction projects into commercial manufacturing.
  • Lead and contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing performance, process robustness, and operational efficiency.
  • Design, execute, and document laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing studies to support process development and troubleshooting activities.
  • Analyse manufacturing and process data, identify trends, and communicate findings through technical reports and presentations.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, investigating process deviations and implementing corrective actions where required.
