We're working with a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment. The Role
- Leading day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a GMP environment.
- Managing, coaching and developing a team of approximately 30 employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensuring all production activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Representing the manufacturing function during customer and regulatory inspections.
- Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet business and customer requirements.
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity and performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives where appropriate.
- Working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and other departments to drive operational excellence.
About You
- Previous leadership experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience managing production teams in a GMP-regulated environment.
- A degree, HND or equivalent qualification in a Life Sciences or related discipline.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
