Head of Manufacturing Operations

As the Head of Manufacturing Operations, you will oversee and lead a large operations function, taking responsibility for the delivery of the operational strategy and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities as the Head of Manufacturing Operations will be:

• Overall responsibility for all Operational functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Planning and Warehouse)

• Setting annual site operational strategy, budget plans and owning delivery.

• Delivering operational excellence projects across the site.

• As the Head of Manufacturing Operations, you will lead capex projects for new and existing engineering requirements.

• Manage, coach and develop department heads across Operations.

The successful candidate for the Head of Manufacturing Operations position will demonstrate the following:

• Degree educated, Lean Six Sigma Black or Green belt would be highly desirable

• Pharmaceutical and / or consumer healthcare manufacturing expertise.

• Work experience leading manufacturing teams under GMP compliance

• Previous technical knowledge of oral solid dose, liquids or powders.
