Walker Cole International is supporting a leading healthcare organisation seeking a Commercial Manager to strengthen their hospital portfolio. This role leads key tender and commercial activities to drive growth across the UK hospital market.
Key responsibilities for the Commercial Manager:
- Leading end-to-end hospital tender activities including submissions, clarifications and negotiations.
- Developing competitive pricing models, value propositions and contracting strategies.
- Coordinating cross-functional inputs to deliver compliant, high-quality tender responses.
- Driving revenue growth through both tendered and off-contract hospital business.
- Managing tender governance, timelines, documentation and post-award implementation.
The Commercial Manager will have:
- Experience managing tenders or bids within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated sector.
