Walker Cole International is supporting a rapidly growing healthcare and pharmaceutical organisation in the appointment of a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding commercial team.
As the Business Development and Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for tracking timelines, actions, and deliverables across business development and marketing activities.
- Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and assist with financial administration to support the BD team.
- Update and maintain marketing assets, trackers, shared materials, and departmental documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the BD function.
The successful candidate will have:
- Around 2 years’ experience in marketing, business support, or administrative roles within a professional environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
