A fast-growing consumer business is expanding its Marketing and Insights teams and is looking to hire commercially-minded, entrepreneurial professionals to join at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
Location: Reading, UK | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Category Managers
- Build and independently manage category partnerships with key customers, backed by objective market and competitor insight
- Deliver commercially focused recommendations on range reviews, assortment, retail formats and e-commerce
- Develop best-in-class category and shopper insight, including loyalty card data and purchase drivers
- Define and track category KPIs, integrating EPOS, category and shopper data with range and planogram analysis
- Build compelling, insight-led category narratives to influence customer decision-making
- Support delivery of commercial priorities alongside Account Managers
- 4-8 years' experience in Consumer Manufacturing industries - CPG, Personal Care, Health
