A fast-growing consumer business is expanding its Marketing teams and is looking to hire commercially-minded, entrepreneurial professionals to join at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
Location: Reading, UK | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Brand Managers
- Own brand planning, activation and performance in a high-performance culture
- Contribute to end-to-end brand strategy and positioning, translating it into integrated 360° activation plans across ATL, BTL, digital, PR and e-commerce
- Own day-to-day brand execution, ensuring consistency across all consumer and customer touchpoints
- Manage Brand P&L and A&P budgets with a disciplined, ROI-driven approach
- Lead regular brand performance reviews using sell-out data, retailer insights and digital analytics
- Drive NPD/EPD projects from concept through to launch readiness
- Act as brand project lead across Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Finance and external agencies
- 4-8 years' experience in Consumer Manufacturing industries - CPG, Personal Care, Health
- Strong early commercial acumen
