Property Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent estate agency as a Property Manager in North Somerset.
You'll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure tenancies run smoothly and properties are well maintained and fully compliant.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering a high level of service.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently.
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent-related matters and the end-of-tenancy process, including deposits.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and delivering a consistently high level of service.
- Work closely with the wider team
About You
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual who is confident managing a busy workload, dealing with landlords and tenants and resolving issues effectively.
You'll have:
- Previous experience within property management, lettings or similar would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to solve problems and use your own initiative.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance would be advantageous.
- ARLA qualification would be beneficial but isn't essential.
