Role OverviewAs the SIPP Manager, you will:
- Oversee a portfolio of SIPP accounts, ensuring accurate administration and client satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end reconciliation and transfer of SIPPs to new providers.
- Handle complex cases, including those involving commercial property or other specialist assets.
- Deliver exceptional service across processes such as drawdowns, death benefits, disinvestments, and crystallisation splits.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders - including clients, IFAs, and internal teams - to ensure smooth case management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior colleagues, promoting continuous improvement across processes.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in SIPP and/or SSAS administration at a senior level.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience managing pension transfers and reconciliations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
