We’re working with a busy and growing estate agency in Bristol looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their lettings operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential lettings who’s ready to take ownership of a department, drive performance, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the lettings team to achieve targets
  • Driving new business and winning instructions across the Bristol area
  • Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in
  • Conducting rental valuations and advising landlords
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Monitoring pipeline, performance, and team KPIs
  • Working closely with senior management to grow market share

About you:

  • Proven experience within residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Manager level
  • Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
  • Confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Commercially minded and target-driven
  • Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
