Property Manager
A fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a highly regarded and established independent property business
Working within a successful and busy lettings team, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of residential properties across Exeter and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with property experience who enjoys a varied role, building relationships with landlords and tenants and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of properties.
Role Overview
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
- Carrying out property inspections and following up on any required actions
- Managing tenancy queries and resolving issues effectively
- Overseeing check-ins, check-outs and associated tenancy matters
- Ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
- Previous experience within lettings or property management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised and confident managing a varied workload
- Proactive, personable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
