Job Description Sales Negotiator We’re working with an established independent estate agency in Bristol who are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within estate agency and learn the residential sales process from an experienced team. You don’t need previous estate agency experience. The role will give you exposure to all areas of residential sales, from speaking with buyers and arranging viewings through to negotiating offers and helping progress sales through to completion. 25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience ~ Full-time, permanent position ~ Excellent opportunity to start a career within estate agency ~ Work with high-quality residential property ~ You’ll gradually build your knowledge of the residential sales process while getting involved across the office, including: Building relationships with buyers and understanding their requirements Supporting sales through to completion Managing the office diary, keys and property information Providing general support to the wider sales team Helping ensure clients receive an excellent level of service throughout Previous estate agency experience isn’t required. You may currently work within customer service, sales, hospitality, financial services or another professional client-facing environment and be looking for an opportunity to move into property. Comfortable speaking with clients both over the phone and face-to-face Naturally good at building relationships Motivated to develop a career within estate agency A full UK driving licence holder This could be an excellent first step into estate agency for someone with the right personality and attitude who wants to develop into a successful Sales Negotiator within a quality independent business.
