We’re working with a busy and growing estate agency in Bristol looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their lettings operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential lettings who’s ready to take ownership of a department, drive performance, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the lettings team to achieve targets
- Driving new business and winning instructions across the Bristol area
- Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in
- Conducting rental valuations and advising landlords
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
