Job Description Estate Agent We’re working with an established independent estate agency in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent This is a varied role combining valuations, sales negotiation and client management, and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, winning business and providing a high level of service throughout the sales process. You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team, with the opportunity to work with quality residential property and take genuine responsibility for developing business within the local market. Building strong relationships with sellers and prospective clients Conducting property viewings and providing feedback Working closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience About You We’re looking for an experienced estate agent who is confident in front of clients and understands how to build trust and win business without compromising on service. Experienced within residential estate agency sales Naturally good at building relationships with buyers and sellers Knowledgeable about the Bristol property market A full UK driving licence holder This would suit an experienced Negotiator looking to take on more valuation responsibility, or an established Valuer who wants to join a quality independent business where reputation, relationships and service are genuinely important.
