Job Description Property Administrator / Negotiator We’re working with an established independent estate agency in Bristol who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator / Negotiator to join their team. This is a varied position combining office administration with plenty of client interaction and involvement throughout the residential sales process. Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous, but finding the right person is more important than finding someone who ticks every box on paper. 25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience ~ Full-time, permanent position ~ Join a well-established and respected independent estate agency ~ Work with high-quality residential property ~ Booking appointments and managing the office diary Meeting and greeting clients Conducting property viewings Managing keys, property boards and general office administration Helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day You might already have experience within estate agency or property, or you may have developed your skills in another professional, customer-facing environment.
