- Taking and recording clinical observations such as blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, ECGs, and blood samples.
- Supporting patients in managing their health and wellbeing.
- Contributing to the prevention of illness and promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and maintaining confidentiality.
- Adhering to practice policies, procedures, and infection prevention and control standards.

Person Specification:
