This role is for someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to a busy, people-focused organisation. You’ll work closely with the Project Lead, helping to shape the charity’s growth, strengthen our volunteer teams, and support the rollout of new projects across Hampshire.

- Take responsibility for key tasks when the Project Lead is unavailable
