We\'re looking for talented recent graduates from any discipline to kick start their media careers with us.

You will join our specialist channel marketing teams of either Paid Social and Paid Search experts and will learn alongside that team for your first year with the company.

Please note a lot of your learning will be real-time, on the job learning as you will be working on live client projects right from day one.

Initially in your role, you will be responsible for reporting, using excel and Google dashboards. This means taking campaign data and interpreting it to in order to pull together recommendations for clients. You will also support the team by carrying out ‘hygiene’ checks across any number of Paid Social and/or Paid Search platforms, including for Social; Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok. And for Search; Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft and Google Analytics 4. The team will show you how you can analyse audiences, keywords, creatives and placements so that you can feed into recommendations and insights for the client, as well as looking for other cross-channel opportunities. Outside of reporting and hygiene, you will support the team with ad hoc tasks that enable you to put the skills you are learning into practice right away!
