- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales, provides courteous checkout service, and assists the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Customer Experience:
- Engages customers, resolves issues, and offers assistance to ensure a positive experience.
Operations:
- Provides fast, friendly service, recommends products, handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, assists with inventory, and supports pharmacy activities including prescription filling and compliance.
Training & Development:
- Earns PTCB certification, attends training, and stays updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico), willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, prior Walgreens employment, good math and computer skills, inventory control knowledge, and PTCB certification preferred.
