Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practices, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Customer Experience
- Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
- Recommends products and handles transactions, returns, and inventory management.
- Supports pharmacy tasks such as entering patient data, filling prescriptions, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and education.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail and pharmacy settings, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification preferred.
This position is full-time, employment type is full-time, and the salary range is $16-$18 per hour.
