Responsibilities include:
- Modelting and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registering sales on assigned cash register and providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Sharing customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Providing fast, friendly service, recommending items, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
- Assisting with store displays, food safety, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
- Participating in training and personal development, working flexible hours, and possessing retail experience, preferably with Walgreens.
Additional details:
- Fluency in English required (except in Puerto Rico).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Hourly pay: $16 – $18.
