Be part of a dynamic, growing team at our beautiful Walford campus. We have a prosperous milk herd which has successfully moved from an indoor AYR system to a grass-based Autumn block calving system. We continually work to improve the farm and our agriculture curriculum.
The farm includes a commercial herd of approximately 200 dairy cows, a small sheep flock, grazing platforms and a surrounding estate and woodland. We have invested in additional health monitoring and breeding systems with new farm infrastructure to support this move.
We are looking for the right person to help our farm flourish. There are excellent opportunities for progression and training at the College. We have a well-staffed farm and curriculum team and the college actively promotes staff development and ongoing training. We are looking for an immediate start for the right person.
