Walfinch has over 600 care staff and clients nationwide, with in-house trainers to provide excellent quality carer training. Great carer retention is due to the fantastic support, understanding, and flexibility our staff receive.

We are looking for a Live-in caregiver who will live with their client for two or more weeks at a time. You will help your client live their life how they want to by assisting with personal care, moving and handling, medication, or their social activities. The role itself is like no other; improving someone’s quality of life is a truly remarkable experience. You will be committed, respectful, reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

Our carers need to be willing to travel across the UK and work for a minimum of two weeks at a time. No experience is necessary due to our prestigious quality training which all our new carers attend.

A typical day would be:

  • Helping your client get washed and dressed in the morning
  • Doing some housework
  • Taking them on an outing
  • Making their favourite dinner and enjoying it together
