We’re seeking Care Assistants to join our award-winning team at Walfinch Suffolk Coastal. Compassion, dedication, and a genuine desire to help others are what we value most.

Your Role

  • Support clients with personal care, meal preparation, and daily routines.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately.
  • Deliver care with dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Role requires travelling so access to a vehicle is essential.
  • Assist clients with shopping and companionship.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet the needs of our clients.

About The Role

Competitive rate of pay up to £14.50 per hour. Bank holiday enhancements + guaranteed hours available. 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata). Mileage, uniform, PPE, and DBS covered by us. Full induction, training, and career progression opportunities. Local office support whenever you need.
