Walfinch West Suffolk are hiring Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across our Hadleigh Division.
What You Will Do
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Provide emotional support and companionship during transition periods.
- Assess evolving client needs and feedback vital information to our care management team based in Hadleigh.
- Travel between client homes in Hadleigh, Diss, Stowmarket and surrounding villages

Previous experience in domiciliary care or a fast-paced healthcare setting is highly desirable.Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is a plus, or a willingness to work toward it.Requirements: A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential due to the nature of the travel involved.Values: A compassionate, reliable, and community-minded approach to care.
