As a vital member of our team, you will empower individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing essential personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Assisting with meal planning, preparation, cooking, and serving.
  • Supporting with light household duties to maintain a comfortable environment.
  • Administering or prompting medication as required.
  • Offering meaningful companionship and engaging in social activities.
  • Caring for pets, ensuring their well-being.
  • Facilitating attendance at appointments and assisting with shopping.

About The Role

We are looking for hard-working, positive, and proactive individuals and in return we will offer you:

  • A very competitive hourly rate of Β£12.80 per hour with a fixed weekend Rota.
  • Double pay for Bank Holidays and Triple pay for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's.
  • Paid mileage
  • Paid travel time
  • 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
  • Free DBS, uniform, and PPE.
  • Local office and on-call support 7 days a week.

  • Have a valid Driving Licence and own a car
