The Opportunity: Cambria Maintenance Services have an exciting opportunity for a Labourer role in North Wales, based in our Ewloe Office.
What will you be doing?
This is an exciting role where the work is varied and you can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with the best products, making a real difference to the lives of the residents of Wales and West Housing.
As a Labourer you will assist with a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work. The role involves problem solving and requires someone who can think on their feet to complete a variety of maintenance-related tasks.
Based in North Wales, this role involves cleaning, property clearance, basic repairs, and assisting with reactive maintenance and refurbishment work. You will also help keep our estates clean. Most work is within Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham; applications from those living in these areas are welcome.
The ideal candidate will have some understanding of property maintenance activities and be able to undertake clearance, removals, and cleaning work.
The rate of pay for this role is £13.45 per hour for a basic 40-hour week (average earnings £27,976).
