The Opportunity Cambria Maintenance Services have an exciting opportunity for a Labourer role in North Wales, based in our Ewloe Office.
Who are Cambria? Established in 2010, Cambria undertake a wide range of housing maintenance works across Wales with offices in Cardiff, Ewloe and Newcastle Emlyn. Our work includes reactive repairs, empty property preparation, electrical testing and gas servicing. While wholly owned by Wales & West Housing Association, we are an independent company used to fulfil the maintenance and servicing needs of the Wales & West Housing Group. This gives us great security of work and consistent growth for the Group as a whole.
What will you be doing? This is an exciting role where the work is varied and you can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with the best products, making a real difference to the lives of the residents of Wales and West Housing. As a Labourer, you will be required to assist with a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work. This role involves a large degree of problem solving and suits an individual who enjoys thinking on their feet to complete a variety of maintenance related tasks.
We are looking for a Labourer to join Cambria Maintenance Services as part of the team that prepare empty properties for new residents to move in and call their home. Based in North Wales, this role involves cleaning, property clearance, basic repairs, and assisting with reactive maintenance and refurbishment work. You'll also help keep our estates clean. Most of the work is within Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham and we welcome applications from those living within these areas.
The ideal candidate will have some understanding of property maintenance activities and be able to undertake clearance, removals, and cleaning work. The rate of pay for this role is £12.60 per hour for a basic 40-hour week (average earnings £26,208.00).
