An exciting role has become available within Cambria’s Grounds Maintenance Team. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative working in our North Wales region, you will be responsible for ensuring that sites are well maintained. The rate of pay for this role is £13.45 per hour for a basic 40-hour week (average earnings £27,976 per year). This is an exciting full time, permanent role where the work is varied, and you can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with good products and making a real difference to the lives of the residents of Wales & West Housing.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking applicants with experience of grounds maintenance work and/or estate services delivery, for example in a Housing Association, Local Authority Parks Department or with a Grounds Maintenance Contractor.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Ensuring that all communal areas and refuse areas are clean, well maintained and kept free of rubbish and litter.
  • Maintaining and improving all grassed, planted and soft or hard landscaped areas in line with Cambria’s values and operating principles.
  • Proactively working with others as required and assisting in the ongoing engagement with residents regarding the maintenance and management of the site.

You must also possess a current valid full driving licence (a company van is provided).
