This is a great opportunity to join us as a Building Safety Assistant, helping to keep our residents safe in their homes. You will be part of a team that works to make sure our buildings are safe, compliant, and easy for residents to understand. This role really makes a difference. Responsibilities

  • The role supports the delivery of building safety activities across the organisation.
  • Keeping essential safety information up to date.
  • Helping to monitor compliance.
  • Working closely with Building Safety Officers to ensure systems, records and certifications remain accurate and accessible.
  • Handling building safety enquiries and helping residents understand safety and risk.
  • Ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration with colleagues and external partners to maintain high standards of safety performance.
  • Contributing to improvement work, assurance processes, and the development of a resident‑focused approach to building safety.

  • Salary £30,178 - £33,215 per annum.

Location

Regular travel between offices may be required at times, but your main working location can be aligned to the area that works best for you.
