The Opportunity
An exciting Administration Officer role has become available within Cambria’s Operational Support Team, this is a temporary six-month position.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion and interest in what we do as an organisation and we would like to hear from applicants who have experience of working in a busy office environment and are proficient in the use Microsoft Office software including Dynamics, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Word.
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to respond to email, Ms Teams and telephone enquiries.
What will you be doing?
In the role you will assist and support colleagues in the administration of all aspects of delivering housing repairs, servicing, general maintenance and improvements.
The role involves managing the daily flow of work, keeping records up to date, and using internal systems to track tasks. It also includes ordering supplies, processing payments, and resolving any issues with suppliers. Monitoring workloads and helping to ensure the right resources are in place will be part of your responsibilities. You’ll also contribute to reports by analysing data and gather feedback to support service improvements, while assisting with planning and reviews alongside colleagues and residents. This is a varied and rewarding role where you can take pride in making a real difference.

Established in 2010, Cambria undertake a wide range of housing maintenance works across Wales with offices in Cardiff, Ewloe and Newcastle Emlyn. Our work includes property repairs, electrical and heating installations, testing and servicing. Cambria also prepares properties for re-letting and general estate maintenance.
While wholly owned by Wales & West Housing Association, we are an independent company used to fulfil the maintenance and servicing needs of the Wales & West Housing Group. This gives us great security of work and consistent growth for the Group as a whole.
