We are looking for several Senior Trade Operatives to join our team at Cambria, playing a key role in delivering high-quality property maintenance services. This is a hands-on role where you will manage and motivate multi-skilled teams, oversee property maintenance works to ensure homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. You will help shape service delivery by aligning skills with service demand, support personal growth within the teams whilst improving operational excellence.
What will you be doing?
- Managing operational teams across multiple sites.
- Monitoring performance and fostering a positive team culture.
- Managing all resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
- Making informed decisions to prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
- Supporting team development through mentoring and training.
- Monitoring health and safety compliance, providing training, and acting where needed.
- Using performance data to guide decisions and maintain high service standards.
- Delivering toolbox talks, mentoring, and on-the-job training to build skills and confidence across the team.
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience in workforce management ideally property maintenance or similar.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple sites.
- Ability to use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Power BI) for communication and reporting.
- Knowledge of health & safety compliance.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
- A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
