Wales Bonner is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee both B2B and B2C logistics and operational activities for the brand.

  • Manage all B2B shipping and logistics with external wholesale partners; including stock allocation, raising pick tickets & invoices (proforma and commercial), preparing paperwork and compliance documents, organising shipments and returns, customer communication and aftercare.
  • Manage any product claims for defects, communicating closely with the production team and resolving efficiently with the wholesale partner.
  • Prepare all required compliance documentation ahead of season opening to ensure deliveries are approved in a timely manner.
  • Prepare delivery forecasts and KPI reports for internal and external circulation.
  • Together with production and commercial teams, ensuring Zedonk is kept up to date for all product and customer information.
  • Daily management of all logistics for our e-commerce store, including order fulfillment, returns and refund processing, customer service.
  • Ordering and keeping stock of e-commerce packaging materials at our warehouse.
  • Provide operational support to the day to day management of the website; prepare seasonal uploads on Shopify and support with website maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for managing inventory at our 3PL; share monthly stock reports to internal stakeholders and organise the annual warehouse stocktake.
  • Manage internal transfers of stock between B2B and B2C inventory to maximise selling opportunities.
  • Manage the budget and inventory for storage units, ensuring stock is managed appropriately and economically.
  • Work with the commercial team to organise annual sample sale and organise stock delivery to relevant location/s.
  • Liaise with third party logistics companies and freight forwarders to drive efficiencies and secure competitive company rates, arranging transport on behalf of customers where required, external partners and for internal company needs.
  • Coordinate the shipping and logistics aspects for various areas of the business, including but not limited to fashion shows, showrooms, sample sales.
  • Day-to-day warehouse management; continuously seek new processes to improve Business Operations and Logistics, supporting the management team with ad hoc duties and projects.
  • Support ad-hoc with shipments for product teams.

3+ years experience in a similar logistics role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office pack (Excel is a must), or Google Sheets.
