NBB Waldrons is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from our Worcester office. About the Role
You will manage a range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive regular communication throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
- Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their transaction
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
- Progressing files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements and firm procedures
- Building strong client and professional relationships through excellent service delivery

About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and client-focused with previous residential conveyancing experience. Applications are welcomed from:

You will ideally have:
- Experience independently managing residential conveyancing matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
