As a Senior Product Manager, you will sit at the center of the feedback loop between what customers need and what our development team builds. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will help define the future for Walden and our customers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for one or more market verticals or product surfaces, prioritizing across customer sites and use cases.
- Develop a deep, first-hand understanding of customer workflows, environments, and constraints, and translate them into clear requirements.
- Partner with internal engineering teams to prioritize capability development against customer deployment timelines.
- Partner with field operations and customer success to gain real-world feedback, and feed it back into the engineering roadmap.
- Define customer-centric KPIs that translate business outcomes into measurable criteria.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in robotics, hardware, or other physical/autonomous systems.
- Strong technical fluency.
- Strong quantitative instincts and experience using data to drive prioritization decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, real-world customer requirements.
- Track record of shipping technically complex, hardware-dependent products.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work fluently across engineering, field operations, and go-to-market teams.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, or other deskless-worker environments preferred.
