Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for one or more market verticals or product surfaces, prioritising across customer sites and use cases.
  • Develop a deep, first-hand understanding of customer workflows, environments, and constraints, and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Partner with internal engineering teams to prioritise capability development against customer deployment timelines.
  • Partner with field operations and customer success to gain real-world feedback, and feed it back into the engineering roadmap.
  • Define customer-centric KPIs that translate business outcomes into measurable criteria.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in robotics, hardware, or other physical/autonomous systems.
  • Strong technical fluency.
  • Strong quantitative instincts and experience using data to drive prioritisation decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, real-world customer requirements.
  • Track record of shipping technically complex, hardware-dependent products.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work fluently across engineering, field operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, or other deskless-worker environments preferred.
