Driving is what we do, so we are looking for people who take pride in being good drivers. We expect new members of our team to be IAM RoadSmart advanced motorists or have RoSPA Gold level in car or on bike or be willing to achieve either level at the start of their employment.
All of us hold HGV and PCV licences and we support new drivers to gain a second licence if they hold only one. We also organise CPC training and support team members in other training relevant to our business or road safety.
Our customers value the appearance of our drivers when they deliver their vehicles, so we look for team members who take pride in their appearance, wearing the uniform provided, including shirt and tie for much of the time.
Our team includes office staff who schedule the work and organise pay and invoicing. They support us, and drivers are expected to complete the limited paperwork efficiently to enable the administration to run smoothly.
If you are patient, cheerful, able to deal with frustration with good humour when things go wrong and think that you would like to join our team, please contact us to discuss it further.
