The predicted salary is between 27170 - 28383 £ per year.

One Year Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time only).

Full time Pro-rata Salary: £27,170 to £28,383 per annum, depending on experience (NJC 5, point 12-15 - full time equivalent salary £32,533 to £33,985 per annum).

Starting date: 1 September 2026.

We are looking for an organised person to be a key member in our Student Support Hubs (KS3 and 4). You will play a key role in supporting the day to day running of the Hub, working closely with students and staff to promote a positive, calm and inclusive learning environment.

As part of the role, you will also provide cover supervision for lessons during staff absence. You will supervise classes using pre-prepared lesson plans. You will need to be able to prioritise competing demands and be confident working independently as well as part of a supportive team.
