We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team at Walcot Group Kitchen HQ. Whether you’re looking to start a career in hospitality or simply want a fast‑paced role in a friendly environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep it Sparkling: Operate the industrial dishwasher and hand-wash pots and pans.
- Support the Chefs: Assist with basic food prep (peeling, chopping, and sorting) during the production day.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure the kitchen, prep areas, and floors are clean, safe, and hygienic.
- Manage Stock: Help unload deliveries and organise the dry stores and cold rooms.
- Waste Control: Manage recycling and refuse to keep the back‑of‑house tidy.
