About The Walcot Group

The Walcot Group is a dynamic and growing collection of hospitality and food businesses based in Bath and the Southwest. Our venues include:

  • Walcot House – Bath
  • Little Walcot – Frome
  • Solina – Bath (with a new Cardiff location opening soon)
  • Green Street Butchers – Bath (with a new Bristol location opening soon)
  • Mother & Wild – Corsham
  • The White Hart – Opening soon in Bath

We pride ourselves on creating thoughtful, community‑driven experiences across restaurants, pubs, bars, and retail. From artisan pasta and modern British dining to small‑batch butchery, we’re building something special—ambitious, independent, and full of personality.

We need an adaptable CDP with a diverse skill set, ready to tackle everything from butchery to baking. Walcot Group is a family of restaurants — Walcot House, Solina, Mother & Wild, Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour, all with the same goal: great food, great drink, great hospitality.

You’ll be working with top‑quality ingredients, a proper bit of kit, and a kitchen team that’s got your back. One day you might be on grill, the next helping with pastry — we like chefs who are flexible, curious, and up for learning.

What we’re after:

  • Solid experience as a CDP in a busy kitchen
  • Calm under pressure, and happy to muck in
  • A good eye for detail (but not a perfectionist to the point of madness)
  • Pride in your food, your section, and your team

What’s in it for you:

  • 25% Discounts across the Walcot Group venues
  • Exciting Perks
  • Great training & development

We’re not about ego or over‑polished nonsense. Just good people making good food.
