Based: Home based | Salary: £26,455 | Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for somebody to join our Enquiries and Admissions team based at home. As a Student and Customer Services Officer you will respond to enquiries across our Professional Qualifications range, engage customers to establish rapport and resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role is based from home, with occasional meetings in London as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in all aspects of their learning.
  • Process registrations, SPS and membership renewals.
  • Maintain database records for customers and students in the UK and internationally.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours to meet customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • Ideally a degree-level education.
  • Well‑organised with strong administrative skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to react positively to changing priorities and manage your own time schedules.
  • Experience within the education sector is a distinct advantage.
