Role Overview: As a Student Success Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for students, providing high-quality, holistic support both on campus and online. You'll champion the student voice, help deliver engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and play a key role in building a vibrant, inclusive student community. You'll work closely with the Student Engagement team to support events, monitor engagement, and ensure every student receives the guidance they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support for student queries (in person and online)
- Monitor attendance and engagement, and proactively reach out to students
- Support the planning and delivery of student experience and engagement events
- Champion student voice initiatives, including surveys and feedback forums
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and community-building
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service KPIs
- Ensure all activities align with institutional policies and safeguarding requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in student support, education, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a busy environment
- Digital capability and confidence using online platforms
- Experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds (desirable)
This role is based on campus in London. Hybrid/remote working is possible up to one day per week on a rota basis. We support flexible working and welcome candidates seeking career flexibility.
