About the Role & Key Responsibilities

  • CMS & Website Operations — your day-to-day from week one: Build, publish and maintain pages in HubSpot CMS, working closely with content creators, SEO manager, marketing, and other stakeholders. Manage content updates across the website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. Track, log, and follow up on website bugs and issues. Conduct QA across the website to ensure pages meet quality and brand standards across devices.
  • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) & Test-and-Learn — what you’ll grow into: Learn how to set up and monitor A/B tests across key landing pages. Pull and interpret basic performance data from GA4 to build an understanding of what’s working and why. Contribute to our CRO roadmap by flagging patterns and test opportunities as you develop your analytical skills.
  • UX & Page Quality — skills you’ll develop: Learn to apply UX best practices when building pages — thinking about user journeys, not just content placement. Contribute to page layout discussions with the Senior PM and content team. Ensure pages meet quality and brand standards across devices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-have: 1-2 years+ of experience in a digital, marketing or web-adjacent role — internship, placement or first job counts. Hands-on experience with any CMS (HubSpot (preferred), WordPress or similar). Detail-oriented — catching broken links, misaligned modules, incorrect copy variants. Curious and self-directed: ask "why is this page not converting?" not just "what should I build next?".
  • Nice-to-have: Exposure to A/B testing. Basic understanding of UX principles. Comfortable reading a GA4 dashboard. Familiarity with HubSpot. Some awareness of SEO fundamentals.

Mindset

  • Growth mindset — genuinely wants to learn CRO and UX, not just execute tasks.
  • Pragmatic: comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
  • Collaborative: works well alongside content creators, SEO, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
